CampDepot.com
is the premier camp and after-school program portal on the Internet. We have a Vendor Program
that will proactively help you sell your products or services. To do so, we offer the following
services:
Our Services:
- Direct e-mail to camps: We list over 20,000 camps, many of them with e-mails. We will
include description of your products/services, contact information, etc. in our regular
newsletters to our camp members (twice a month in the camp season, and once a month in
off-season). Note that typically a newsletter can have up to 4 advertisement spots. For an example

- Listing in our Yellow Pages: Your company will have up to a full-page of Yellow Page
space to advertise your products or services. For an example of the Yellow Page, click

- Setup an online store on CampDepot.com's B2B Marketplace: This online store allows you
to sell specific products or services that you offer. It supports shopping carts, but does not
take payment. All of the transactions are reported directly to you and you handle the payment
collection and shipping. For an example of the B2B Marketplace store, click on this

- Listing on CampDepot White Pages: Your company name and contact information is
displayed in on our White Pages.
- Be a Spotlight Vendor. We feature a vendor in our B2B Marketplace: You get to write a
full-length article with pictures and we will publicize you both in B2B Marketplace and the home
page for Camp Director. Click here

The Fee:
To market your products and services, we offer the following tiers of
Vendor::
- Platinum Vendor: You get all of the services listed
above. Plus, you are listed in the top spot of our vendor promotion newsletter. You are
guaranteed to be included in one newsletter to be sent at a time of your choice (subject to
availability). You may be included in other newsletters in other times. The cost of being a
Platinum Vendor is $795/year.
- Gold Vendor: You
get all of the services above except #5, Spotlight Vendor. Plus, you are listed in the second spot
of our vendor promotion newsletter. You are guaranteed to be included in one newsletter to
be sent at a time of your choice (subject to availability). You may be included in other
newsletters in other times. The cost of being a Gold Vendor is $495/year.
- Silver Vendor:
You get all of the services above except #5, Spotlight Vendor. Plus, you are listed in the third
spot of our vendor promotion newsletter. You are guaranteed to be included in one newsletter
to be sent at a time of your choice (subject to availability). The cost of being a Silver
Vendor is $350/year.
- Bronze Vendor:
You are included in CampDepot's White Pages only. The cost of being a Bronze Vendor is $50/year.
Other Special Services:
We also offer special services to those vendors who have unique needs.
These include:
- An exclusive vendor newsletter that features your company and
products/services only.
- A mailing campaign of your brochures.
- A targeted e-mail campaign restricted to certain types of camps.
- Banner advertisement on our Web site.
- Any other marketing campaigns tailored to your needs.
