Shoeman Road Family Farm offers summer camps for beginning and intermediate horse riders. Our emphasis is on English riding and jumping. We have an incredible facility and a very high supervision-to-student ratio. SRFF will provide a wonderful introduction to horses or a fantastic brush up on skills. Our day camps go from 9:00 to 3:00 with after-hours supervision available. There’s approximately 2.0 hours per day on the horses and much of the rest of the time is spent around them (learning how to feed, groom, lead, etc.). We are located close to Lansing, Michigan (in the middle of the state) and are very close to Michigan State University (MSU) as well as East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Williamston, DeWitt, Lansing, and Grand Ledge.
