Bellarmine University is located in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky on green rolling hills. Bellarmine is a lovely stone and wood campus which hosts the Thomas Merton Studies Center devoted to the works of Thomas Merton, a monk at the Abbey of Gethsemani. On Wednesday, campers head to the Great Lawn on the banks of the Ohio in downtown Louisville for an evening of fun, food and worship.
