Session Description:
We strive to ignite a passion for technology in all campers. We provide a fun and safe learning environment for children to learn skills that enable them to use the full power of the computers and technology, beyond just playing games. Campers can learn everything from the Cyberbasics to Game Design & Modding, Programming, Digital Photography & Graphics, Robotics, and Web Design. Not only will campers learn new computer skills, they will also make new friends, build self-esteem and have a fun and memorable summer experience.
Requirements for this Counselor In Training (CIT) session:
CIT candidates should be 16 years of age or older and will have ideally spent at least one session at Cybercamps. The CIT program is designed to give qualified students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with trained professionals in the technology field. An excellent way to gain leadership skills and advance existing computer knowledge. CIT's attend camp for free and will work with instructors and serve as aides.
