Camp Description:
Southwoods is located in Paradox, New York, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains, just 15 minutes from the renowned "high peaks." Situated on pristine, spring-fed Paradox Lake, where the majestic mountains of the Adirondack Park slope to the water's edge, Southwoods offers an interactive and exciting camp program with a wonderful variety of outdoor and waterfront activities.

inspire, entertain and create life-long memories and friendships.
Southwoods is the premier four-week summer camp in the country and is considered a community where children can grow, discover, build confidence and form lifelong friendships. We build our camp experiences around people.

Campers take their invaluable summer camp experiences from Southwoods with them into adulthood. They then return as staff to help create those same experiences for the next generation of campers. Southwoods is an institution families trust!
