Camp Description:
Northern Arizona
Prescott, Arizona
90 miles north of Phoenix and at 5,347 feet above sea level, Prescott is Arizona’s mile high city. Sitting amongst the largest stand of Ponderosa Pine in the world, daytime temperatures are cool, rarely exceeding 85 degrees. Campers practice and play at Antelope Hills Golf Course, and spend their nights at Yavapai Community College in Prescott.
Camp Director, John Konya, is a PGA “Class A” professional and Golf Operations Manager at Marriott’s Camelback Golf Club. John brings over 20 years of teaching experience to the camp including coaching at both the high school and college ranks. Konya’s staff features Scott Watkins, past Instructor of the Year for the Southwest PGA Section, along with John Krebs, golf coach for the National Championship winning teams at Scottsdale Community College.
