Kutztown University
Kutztown, Pennsylvania
Kutztown University is conveniently located off Route 222 between Allentown and Reading and is just 1 1/2 hours northwest of Philadelphia. The university was founded in 1866.
Campers enjoy playing at four area courses: Golden Oaks Golf Club, Rich Maiden Golf Course and Pleasant Hills Golf Course which are within 8 miles of the university ... they also play Blackwood Golf Course which is within 30 minutes of the campus.Head Golf Coach at Kutztown University and PGA Member, David Linkchorst directs the camp. Linkchorst, Head Golf Professional at Blackwood Golf Course since 1993, finished 20th in the Philadelphia PGA Section Points List for 1999 and has two top ten finishes in the Philadelphia Open. Linkchorst has been Southeastern Pennsylvania Director of Instruction for The International Golf School since 1996. Assisting Coach Linkchorst is Mark Coassolo who is one of the top High School Golf Coaches in Pennsylvania.
