Camp Description:
Wahsega 4-H Center is nestled in a beautiful valley in the Chattahoochee National Forest 10 miles north of Dahlonega, Georgia in the North Georgia Mountains. A trout stream meanders through the camp and youth are allowed to play in the water falls or wade in the stream during breaks. The Georgia 4-H Environmental Education Program at Wahsega provides a hands-on, academic, out-door learning experience for boys and girls who attend our sessions with their classroom teachers. Youth may attend 4-H camp during the summer if their county has already been assigned to our camp. Call your local Cooperative Extension Office for more information.
