Camp Description:
Davidson July Experience is an educational, social, and creative program for highly motivated academically oriented, and self-disciplined students, who will select two courses from several liberal arts disciplines for concentrated study during the three-week program.
Within this framework, each course will meet for one 90-minute period each day. All courses are taught by Davidson College professors. The experience is flexible to allow for certain special events to be developed during the course of the program. Among extra-curricular opportunities are sessions in career planning, college admissions and informal "rap" sessions.
Students will have a professionally directed recreational program and contact with a carefully selected group of college-student counselors.
