Camp Description:
MacKenzie Camp Society provides fun-filled programs for children and families. Located on Mabel Lake in the south central interior of British Columia, our site has helped determine our program of awakening and developing a knowledge and awareness of the wonders of nature and conservation of the environment. SCHOOL PROGRAM - Spring and Fall SUMMER PROGRAM - We believe Christian principles are best taught through living them. Our staff shows patience, love and cooperation while building self-esteem and teaching usable skills. Our Mission statement is: To create an accepting environment where people of all ages are acknowledged as unique, important and capable. To value the religions of all, focussing on love, acceptance and the need to respect each other. To help everyone who attends to grow socially, mentally and spiritually while developing their self esteem and and awareness of the Creator by becoming closer to creation.
