Camp Description:
Kiski School's Summer Program has been in existence for 60 years. Boys take one subject on which they and their teachers concentrate. Courses meet four times between 8:00 AM and 2:25 PM, with study periods between classes. In addition to English as a Second Language, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Spanish, and Chemistry, boys can also take a course called Half and Half that combines pre Algebra and basic English Composition. Both boys and parents report great progress following this mode of "one subject, one class."
In the afternoons boys play soccer, tennis flag football, softball, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. In addition there are competitive workouts for competitive soccer players and swimmers in the evenings.
There is also a weekend program called "Discover America" for students who are unable to travel home for the weekend.
