Camp Description:
Twin Lakes offers both Overnight and Day Camps. Each week is full of activities, delicious food & snacks, assembly times and time with our caring staff.OVERNIGHT CAMPS begin at 10 a.m. on Monday morning and go through Saturday's Closing Ceremony at 9:30 a.m. After a full day of activities, Overnight Camps include our famous evening programs, great time with new friends in the cabin and counselor-led devotions. DAY CAMPS begin the moment you board the charter buses (8 a.m.) at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MS and do not let up until you return each day at 5 p.m. On Thursdays campers can spend the night at camp with all the new friends they have made. Closing Ceremony is at 4:30 p.m. on Friday at Twin Lakes. PARENTS: We are carefully screening the Christian young people who will be on our staff. These counselors love kids and strive to live out the gospel in all that they do. A medical doctor and healthcare staff are on site at all times. Twin Lakes' staff also receives in-depth training and certification including American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard, as well as specific activity training. Excellent facilities with air conditioned cabins; delicious, all-you-can-eat foodservice with multiple food options, snacks and drinks throughout the day; exciting programs; and fun activities are just part of the way we show our dedicated care for your child.
