Camp Description:
Educo Adventure School was founded in 1969 and since then has consistently provided young people with wilderness adventure experiences that have greatly influenced their lives. All Educo courses are dedicated to the development and support of young people to draw forth their full potential. The school provides unparalleled opportunities for participants to examine their beliefs about themselves, other people and the world around them. Students are encouraged and assisted to challenge themselves and to support each other, to develop a respect for all life and property around them, to express themselves fully and creatively, to participate in life to the best of their ability and to accept personal responsibility for the choices they make.

Our cozy, well maintained base camp is nestled on the shores of Little Holden Lake, 22 km west of 100 Mile House in the heart of British Columbia. From here we travel out to the Chilcotin Mountains, the Clearwater River, the Stein Valley, wherever we can find new mountains and rivers to explore. Although the "classroom" is the great outdoors, the real adventure happens within and between the students with the support, encouragement and guidance of the staff.
