Camp Description:
Instruction at Granby System Wrestling Camp will provide a wrestler or coach with a masterful and enlightened look into wrestling. You will learn a system of holds for each major position (Takedowns, Top, Bottom). These holds have been proven effective at all levels of wrestling. The skills and teaching method will help you to score more takedowns, get more pins and win more matches.Our coaches will break down the teaching of holds into simple mechanics and drills, providing specific and clear explanations. Granby trained coaches and wrestlers will serve as instructors assuring consistent teaching that will result in an improved wrestler.
