Camp Description:
R-MA’s summer program is for 6th-12th grade students. Students entering grades 9-12 may take one new or two repeat courses for high school credit. Classes are limited to 17 students. Most core courses needed for graduation are available. Students entering grades 6-8 in the fall may choose three of four areas of study: math, English, study skills, or computer applications. A special Reading Seminar is available to qualified students. Students also attend two academic field trips during the summer program. The flight program, reserved for students 16 and older, is designed for students who have not soloed. All Middle and Upper School students participate in mandatory study halls. Evening and weekend activities include swimming and other sports activities, and trips to movies, whitewater rafting, beaches, and major theme parks.
