Camp Description:
Jackson Lake Park offers a fun, safe and exciting day camp programs where campers will spend a day full of adventure and challenge. Each morning campers participate in activities related to that weeks theme. Afternoons are spent swimming, canoeing and pursuing other traditional camp activities.
Campers are supervised by experienced and trained camp counselors. Our camp counselors are current college students and graduates trained in several disciplines.
Children are grouped based on age and ability. Children entering 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades are eligible to enter our Traiilblazers camp . Children entering 4th, 5th and 6th grades are eligible to enter our Pioneers camp. Pioneers can also sign up for an optional overnight on Thursdays where they can experience traditional outdoor camping in tents.
Hot lunch is served by our on-site cooking staff family style. Snacks are also provided. Camps run Mon. – Fri. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Extended care is available in both the morning (breakfast provided) and evening at an additional cost. Children must have completed Kindergarten and be at least six years old to attend.
