Camp Description:
Redeemer Summer Kid Kat Kamp is set on 200 acres of meadows and woodlands in Almont, MI. about an hour North of Detroit. Classic Summer Camp activities such as swimming (in our beautiful pool), crafts, games, campfires, hikes, canoeing, fishing, archery, skits, hayrides, music and singing, and more ar eall included!!! We never stop having fun! Campers who are prone to homesickness love our camp because they are too busy having fun to be homesick. Kid Kat Kamp is a Bible camp, where we mix fun and games with worship and age appropriate Bible study. Our counselors are really good at making Bible study and worship cool and fun!Our counselors set us apart from all other camps. They are rigorously screened and trained, far surpassing state licensing procedures. They are selected first for their integrity, faith and values. They live out their faith and values in every aspect of their lives. We consider our counselors to be role models, and feel that our campers deserve the very best role models we can find. Our counselors are also really fun to be around. They are skilled at leading songs, games, and skits, and they serve on our staff because of their love for the campers and desire to give back to their Lord. The spiritual and emotional development of each camper is extremely important to them. Many of our staff have done mission work in Mexico, inner-cities, and even overseas! Another highlight of the camp is singing and worship. Redeemer Camp contracts with international Christian recording artist and performer, Peter Neumann, who leads us in praise and worship twice a day! You've never had so much fun worshiping the Lord! Kids who think God was boring when they come to camp go home singing a different tune!
