Camp Description:
Explore the wonders of marine science and the South Carolina coast at Camp Sewee! Located on the Intracoastal Waterway approximately 20 miles from Charleston, Camp Sewee offers the perfect example of how a coastal ecosystem functions. With salt marsh areas, a fresh water pond and wildlife refuge, campers get an up-close look at a wide variety of marine plants and animals. Activities include night hikes, salt marsh study, kayaking, swimming, crabbing, island ecology study, SC Aquarium trip, water park trip, team building and more.
