Camp Description:
Camp Wiyaka has been helping children learn the joys of nature and friendship for over 90 years! There are over 60 acres of woods and fields and a 23 acre lake! The clean, safe waterfront is perfect for swimming, canoes, row boats, sailboats, kayaks and a lazy time in the cool water. Red Cross lifeguards keep everyone safe. Other activities at Camp include field games, sports, fishing, nature study, arts & crafts, shooting sports, hiking, and a campfire and sing-a-long every night. Campers stay in large platform tents with a caring counselor and 6 campers their own age. There is a camp nurse that lives at camp and takes care of all minor accidents and illness. The food at Camp is great! It is just what kids like to eat. There is plenty to eat with good nutrition and great taste in every bite! Camp Wiyaka is the perfect place for you this summer. Registration is easy. Financial aid is available. Camp Wiyaka is the place to be this summer!
