Stanford University-accredited DMA is "The Summer Digital Art and Technology Camp for Kids and Teens!" DMA is ideal for students of all ages wanting exposure to the most relevant software used in Hollywood and the entertainment industry, video game design, and web design while gaining hands-on experience under the eye of accomplished professionals.DMA is pleased to partner with the Teach The Teachers Collaborative at Thacher School in Ojai, California for Summer 2009. Teach The Teachers is committed to providing the finest professional development experiences for educators in effective and efficient uses of technology, making this an incredible opportunity for educators to attend a DMA course in an environment catered especially for them. Founded in 1889, The Thacher School is a coeducational boarding high school located 85 miles northwest of Los Angeles, California in the beautiful Ojai Valley. The serene setting with vineyards, horses and mountains make this a perfect learning environment! The Digital Media Academy program at Thacher School is residential only. Locations include: Stanford University, UC San Diego, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UT Austin, University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, Brown University, George Washington University, University of Chicago, and many more.
