Imagine a camp that has the best of both worlds. Fun summer activities that make each day an adventure combined
with a superb academic enrichment program that has campers excited about learning.
Located on our shady, hilltop campus within sight of the Blue Hill Mountains, our professionally staffed Summer Camp provides a unique combination of fun, education and friendship. The camp day begins with a rousing round of warm-ups designed to get the campers alert and ready to learn. Next comes research - an activity geared to allowing the student to see similarities, differences and identities in their world - the first step toward academic integrity.
The academic slot also includes many fun activities that enable children to enhance their writing skills, advance in existing studies or explore new interests. The approach is fun and filled with hands on activities.
The balance of the camp day is filled with all kinds of art & craft projects, sports, music, games and other fun activities geared to specific ages. The head counselor's are the teachers of the Delphi Academy. They are ably assisted by alumni of the school. Parents can feel confident that their children are in a safe and caring environment. Our camp is best described in the words of the parents of recent campers:

The campers are now ready to partake in the outstanding reading program that is part of the Delphi school
year curriculum. This program allows students to improve their current level of reading. If the student
doesn't know how to read… we will teach them. Many younger children have learned to read for the first
time in just a few weeks or improved their new reading abilities. For the older campers, we help them improve their
comprehension and enjoyment of reading. 
Next comes swimming. The children (five-years-old and above) go off-campus by bus to a nearby beautiful indoor
Olympic size pool. They are placed in the appropriate swim class based on their swimming abilities.
Our swimming program starts at the very beginning and progresses through to diving lessons.
